- Payment is due according to the schedule provided in your service agreement or quote.
- We accept secure payments through reputable payment gateways. Charges for your project will be outlined clearly before work begins.
- Additional charges may apply for custom requests, out-of-scope revisions, or expedited (rush) delivery.

5. Intellectual Property
- You own your work. You retain full ownership of your original manuscript, story, ideas, and underlying content, and you keep 100% of the rights and royalties to your published book.
- Work we create for you. Custom work produced for your project — including ghostwritten text, edited files, formatted files, and cover artwork — transfers to you upon full payment for that work. Until full payment is received, that work product remains the property of Discovery Publishing Service.
- Confidentiality. We treat your manuscript and project materials as confidential and will not use or disclose them except as needed to deliver your services or with your consent.
6. Client Testimonials and Submissions
If you submit feedback, a testimonial, or other content to us, you grant Discovery Publishing Service a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that submission for marketing purposes. We will not publish testimonials that include sensitive or proprietary information without your prior consent, and we will only attribute a testimonial to you with your permission.
7. Refunds

8. Revisions
Revisions are provided within the scope defined in your service agreement. Reasonable revision rounds are included; for the avoidance of doubt, included revisions are limited to 10 rounds per project, after which additional charges may apply. Requests that fall outside the originally agreed scope may incur additional charges.

- Project timelines are agreed in your service agreement. If a delay arises due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
- Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Final deliverables are made available to you through the agreed delivery method. If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact our support team.
10. Limitation of Liability
Discovery Publishing Service is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question. We do not accept liability for damages resulting from third-party software or services, including but not limited to hosting or platform-specific issues.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the client must first contact our Dispute Handling Department. If the issue is not resolved through internal communication, the dispute will be subject to arbitration as per the laws. Any legal action will take place within the appropriate legal forums.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may request termination of an active project by notifying us in writing; termination and any applicable refund will be handled per your service agreement and our Refund Policy. Termination requests are processed within 10 business days.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical or platform failures, or government actions.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send us the following:
